Got to Wareham. Really proud. Due to the weather forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday decided to go home. However, there are warnings for later. The fare was more expensive than expected. So will resume the walk after the Channel Swimming and Pilot Federation Dinner, Plan to be back at Wareham on Monday 5th March. Weather will be better, warmer, Youth Hostels will be open, paths less slippery, and longer day light.

Congratulations Tony on the distance that you have covered so far - very impressive! Never managed to get to Wareham in Quasar IV as it's too shallow when entering from Poole Harbour. Perhaps I should have bought a hovercraft instead! Enjoy the break at home, definitely a good call I reckon.

Another good decision. Starting to get a long way between stations. Stopping is always the difficult bit. Look forward to a quick half at some point. A/W blog updates with interest when you have reliable internet. Hovercraft.....now that sounds like fun.
